This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
You're in safe hands — I guide you through every step. Once you enquire, I’ll send you a session guide with all the details, including what to expect and pricing. We'll then choose a date that works for you, and I’ll send a preparation and style guide to help you feel fully ready. My studio is calm and welcoming, and sessions are relaxed and baby-led, so there’s no pressure to be anything but yourselves. I’ll gently direct where needed, but the focus is always on capturing your natural connection. If you have any questions at all, I’m just a message away.
when is the best time to have a photoshoot?
MATERNITY: 28-34 weeks pregnant
NEWBORN: Under 6 weeks old (but my natural style allows for newborn photoshoots up to 3 months)
OLDER BABY: 3-6 months
SITTER: 6-10 months (once your baby is sitting unaided)
1ST BIRTHDAY: 11-12 months (about a month before baby's birthday if possible)
FAMILY: Right now!!
HOW DO I BOOK A NEWBORN SESSION WHEN I DON'T KNOW WHEN MY BABY WILL ARRIVE?
We pencil in a shoot date for 7-10 days after your due date. All you'll need to do is let me know when baby is here and we can adjust the date as required. It's really important to get booked in whilst you're still pregnant as my diary fills up in advance.
CAN YOU OFFER a payment plan?
Absolutely! Your session fee is split between a deposit and remaining balance. All sessions are reserved with a £75 non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session. However, I offer the option to create a bespoke payment plan for you should you wish to split your payments further.
